Recreational Gymnastics
All our recreational sessions are designed with fun at heart. They focus on improving fitness in a fun, positive environment.
Recreational gymnasts can wear shorts and T-shirt or a leotard. Leotards are available to buy at our gym, in the welcome hall.
These classes are also used as a stepping stone for the Girl's Improvers Class and Competitive Squad.
45min Classes (Reception - Year 3)
Working in coach-led groups, gymnasts will be taught basic skills and progressions on beam, floor, bars, vault and trampette
Children will work with other gymnasts in their school year groups
Reception/Year 1 Recreational Class
Monday 4.00pm-4.45pm
Tuesday 4.00pm-4.45pm
Thursday 4.30pm-5.15pm
Saturday 9.00am – 9.45am
1 Hour Classes (Year 4+)
As well as being taught the basic skills and progressions on beam, floor, bars, vault, trampette
This class also introduces more demanding skills through safe and challenging progressions. The skill level is matched to individual ability ensuring engaged, healthy, happy children.

Classes run during school term time only
£5.00 for 45min classes
£6.00 for 1 hour classes - both paid half termly
